Guiding and positive self image

mashnut, are in contrast to some of CHQ's more dubious association with Barbie and mattel. I'm sure there was something in one of the Guiding magazines about Barbie, and I found this from last year:

I know that this competition does have some merits, but the whole Barbie experience leaves me dead. What's everyone else's views on Guiding and Barbie?
